All Americans have a right to the basic necessities of life. Countries that do not provide these to all their residents are third-world countries. America is better than that; America must not have starving people or people dieing of treatable conditions.

This is actually a pretty short list. These basic human rights are Food, Water, Clothing, Shelter, and Health Care.
