  1. Exempt Workers
    Make high-tech workers not be “exempt” from the Minimum wage and overtime workers protection clauses. Make a (short) list of exactly which jobs are exempt. Or make no jobs exempt, everyone gets overtime for extra hours worked.

  2. Living Wage
    Increase minimum wage to a living wage.

  3. Living Wage for Minors
    Perhaps allow a lower minimum wage for minors. (?) After all, they're not supporting a family. (If they are, then something else has broken down).
